During your routine check-up, Dr. Andalib will perform and oral exam. Included in your check-ups are screening for cavities, fractured teeth or fillings, plaque and pockets around your teeth, and your occlusion or bite. Dr. Andalib believes strongly in early detection of oral cancer. As part of his routine check-ups, he will evaluate the areas of your head and neck in addition to your oral exam for any suspicious or abnormal findings.
When X-rays are needed, Dr. Andalib uses the most up to date sensor that provides high quality images to evaluate your teeth and uses the lowest amount of X-rays to obtain them. With these digital X-rays Dr. Andalib is able to view the x-rays with you and explain his findings.
